Antibullying Week
Antibully Week emphasises the importance of fostering a culture of respect and support, where bullying is not tolerated, and every person is valued.
This year's theme was - Make A Noise which explored how too often people are silent when they see bullying take place, silent about the hurt bullying causes, and silent when they hear bullying dismissed as ‘just banter’. It doesn't have to be this way.
The children at LCPs were involved in a wide range of activities which explored this year's theme, as well as diversity. Amongst the work the children explored what do if you are being bullied or see someone else being bullied, what discrimination is and how to prevent it.
